ALGORITHMS for CRACKING the GLYCAN CODE \\

GlycoAssessor v0.3.0 is Live!

GlycoAssessor (GA) is a software that allows users to click and draw glycan structure via the SNFG symbol system of representing monosaccharides (sugars) and their linkage types. It then calculates the spatial information of the structure according to the Distance & Connectivity Index (DCI) and the Position & Composition Index (PCI). Read the first pre-print about GlycoAssessor on BioRxiv: "Structural Analysis of Prostate Cancer N-Glycans Using Graph-Based Structural Metrics".

For information on how the DCI and PCI works for extracting spatial information in glycan structure, see the section called "What is the DC Index (DCI) and PC Index (PCI) for Quantifying Spatial Information in Glycan Structure?"

For instructions on how to download and install GA, see the section called "Installation Instructions."
