Principal Investigator
Dave is a tumor biologist with a primary interest in developing novel methods to advance digital pathology for enhancing cancer diagnostics. His secondary interest is applying spatial algorithms to understand neurological disorders through anatomical shape. Dave obtained his B.A. and Ph.D. from University of California, Berkeley. He was a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Radiology at Stanford University. Prior to this he was an Affiliate Scientist in the Molecular Biophysics and Integrated Bioimaging Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
