[Poster] Analyzing N-Glycans in Prostate Cancer via Algorithms That Interpret Spatial Information

Mihir Kalyanthaya found that the N-glycans in prostate cancer take on distinct structural themes that traditional measurements (such as mass-to-charge ratio) cannot detect. This was presented at the UCSF AI Research Day Conference on March 11th, 2026.
